At least 1�year�experience�as Presales in IT Consulting company Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Have a strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities: Gather and assess customer requirements, pinpoint potential service issues. Identify potential clients and collaborate with other teams to ensure cost-effective, customer-centric services. Provide service information to clients, including demonstrations of new offerings. Consult with customers to understand needs, aiding them in service selection. Work close with sales teams to develop campaigns for new services.
